• Refund and Returns Policy

    Our refund and returns policy extends to users who have purchased through our Online Store Only! This does not include any jobs, or in-person purchases.

    Returns:

    We do not accept returns of any online purchase from DRB Marine LLC. Each order is custom-made, and once made can not be returned for re-use.

    Special Cases Only:

    Special Cases are acceptable for closed-box returns, ie. a box that was never opened or damaged goods. Please contact us for more a case-by-case basis. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping return costs.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds:

    We do not refund online purchase products from DRB Marine LLC. Each order is custom-made and can not be returned for a refund.

    Special Cases Only:

    Special Cases are acceptable as stated above for both closed-box returns and damaged goods ONLY. For these special cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping return costs.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
