DRB Marine LLC offers various warranties depending on what product was installed on your job!

Marine Mat Warranty:

This limited warranty starts on the date of your installation completion and lasts thirty-six (36) months (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. DRB Marine LLC Matches the dealer warranty at 36 months.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship at the time of manufacture of the product defined in the purchase order or receipt accompanying this limited warranty (the “product”) for the Warranty Period. This includes Cracking, Splitting, and Color Bleeding.

DRB Marine LLC also covers the installation of the product onto any surface and the adhesion of the product to a boat deck or to any other surface to which the product is applied.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product due to: (a) deformation, fading, discoloration, or polymer degradation of the product resulting from non-defective materials; (b) exposure of the product to temperatures in excess of 165F which may occur as a result of the amplification of sunlight from reflective surfaces or the passing of sunlight through a refractive medium such as windshields or other structures which shall operate to void this limited warranty; (c) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform preventive maintenance; (d) modifications to the product; (e) unauthorized repair; (f) normal wear and tear; or (g) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

With respect to any defective product during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion either repair or replace such product.

PermaTeek And PlasDECK Warranty:

This limited warranty starts on the date of your installation completion and lasts sixty (60) months (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. DRB Marine LLC Matches the dealer warranty at 60 months.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship at the time of manufacture of the product defined in the purchase order or receipt accompanying this limited warranty (the “product”) for the Warranty Period. This includes Cracking, Splitting, and Color Bleeding, or Wood Boring Insects.

DRB Marine LLC also covers the installation of the product onto any surface and the adhesion of the product to a boat deck or to any other surface to which the product is applied.

Online Store Warranties:

Installation warranties are only for jobs that require installation to be done by DRB Marine. All purchases made online are subject to said material warranties as stated above. Installation Warranties are not matched and installation falls on to the customer in all online purchases.
