Following that, decks are then heat welded seamlessly together at our fabrication facility for a clean 1 piece fitment. At that point, we are ready to install!

    The Synthetic Teak Decking Process

    Design

    • Choose your color combination and product type. Maybe a PlasDECK Slate with Black Lines or a PermaTeek Sandstone with White Lines.
    • Decide your cover portion, or what parts of the deck you want done, or if not a deck, where else you want Synthetic Teak to go!

    Quote

    • Once you know what you want your deck [or really anything] to look like give us a call or email us!
    • Please allow for up to 1 week to receive a quote for your Synthetic Teak Deck job!

    Installation

    • Once a quote is given to you, and you decide to move forward, we will then come to your boat, template it, and then begin fabrication at DRB Marine.
    • Once your deck is fabricated, we will then come back out to your boat, and seamlessly install the deck! No Headaches!

    Aftercare

    • After installation, DRB Marine gives you our dealer’s warranty just in case anything goes wrong. The customer is always first!
    • Cleaning your deck after charters or the seasons is really simple and easy too. Just soap and water with a brush! Not a single stain to worry about!
